Apostolic Faith Church Mugodhi founded in UK in 2005. There are currently four congregations in Birmingham, Greater Manchester, Portsmouth/Southampton and London. We are a Holy Spirit led church that has its foundation in Jesus Christ. We believe in the full functioning of the Holy Spirit to change lives, win souls to Christ and assist the believer in their day to day life as a Christian. Faith is the centre of our worship and the Lord is to be consulted and trusted in all situations in a believer's life.

  MARK 10:46-52

" 46And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging. 47And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me. 48And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me. 49And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee. 50And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus. 51And Jesus answered and said unto him, "What wilt thou that I should do unto thee?" The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight. 52And Jesus said unto him, "Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole." And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.

Hear the Word all ye children of God. Here is the story of a blind Bartimaeus who upon shouting for healing from Jesus, people around him tells Bart not to shout so loud. But what does Bat do, he shouts even harder and louder and it is only then that Jesus heard Bart and stopped then commanded that he be brought to Him.

Now what is interesting is that the very people who were preventing Bart from shouting for help, start to reassure him and tell Bart that ‘...he calleth thee’ and not to worry. Bartimaeus did not walk to Jesus but instead ran to Him. When asked what he wanted Jesus to do for him, Bart asks for his sight to be restored. By faith he was made whole again and he followed Jesus in the way.

Today are you one of those people who want Jesus to intervene in your life troubles but people are getting in the way to try and stop you from meeting Jesus or for Him to just hear your call?

Are you one of those who want to find the way but your shout is not getting that far because there are human obstacles in the way??

I want to say to you today SHOUT HARDER AND LOUDER AND JESUS WILL STOP AND CALL YOU TO HIM. Jesus will command those obstacles to bring you closer to Him and they shall be your reassurance that Jesus calls you and you will be alright.

Throw away those garments that are a hindrance to your salvation and Run to Jesus because He calls you now. Jesus wants to restore your Spiritual vision so that you can walk with Him again in His Way.

 God bless you
